Bota Bota spa-sur-l’eau wished to modernize its massage therapist scheduling, appreciation and evaluation systems by transforming their Excel solution into a web-based application in order to better manage schedules, availabilities and evaluations of the employees.
The solution
Done has implemented an online solution that enables administrators to easily update the profiles of the professionals and to calculate the satisfaction rate in regard to the treatment the clients received.
The new application allows to see and update global evaluations of all the Bota Bota massage therapists in the blink of an eye. It greatly simplifies an operation essential to running the urban spa that was taking a lot of time and handling for the Bota Bota team.
